The so-called “admin” of notorious pages; Zed Hule/Kawalala has finally been nabbed

The so-called “admin” of notorious pages; Zed Hule/Kawalala has finally been nabbed, and we can’t help but applaud the authorities for a job well done. This self-proclaimed moral crusaders, who thrived on exposing people’s private lives, has been exposed himself — this time to the long arm of the law.

For years, this hungry cyber bully has made a living from other people’s misery. He shamelessly built his platforms by leaking intimate details of infidelity, financial struggles, and private disputes—all with the help of equally misguided informants. Armed with gossip and screenshots, he masqueraded as saviors of society while feeding off the very rot they claimed to cleanse.

But now, the tables have turned. The once-feared admin who hid behind anonymity is no longer untouchable. Yesterday’s arrest of the Zed Hule admin proves that even the slickest cyber bully leaves a trail.

ZICTA and the Zambia Police have shown that they are not playing games. It’s no longer about hiding behind fake profiles and laughing at others’ misfortunes—it’s about explaining yourself to a judge while wearing handcuffs.

To the arrested: How does it feel to be on the receiving end of public scrutiny? You lived by the screenshot; now you die by the screenshot. The internet has no pity, and neither does the law. That quick money you made by destroying others has come back to haunt you. Instead of running pages, you’ll now be running errands for prison wardens. Maybe they’ll let you “administer” the list of inmates sweeping the yard.

To those still in the game, take notes. Your time is coming. Digital footprints don’t fade, and no amount of hiding behind “inbox for details” will save you. The authorities are watching, and justice is catching up with you faster than your next defamatory post.

And let’s not forget the public—the enablers who feed these bullies with private information and consume their toxic content. You, too, are part of the problem. By engaging with these pages, you’re fueling their criminal activities. Stop inboxing them your neighbor’s secrets. Stop liking, sharing, and commenting on their vile posts. Grow up and mind your own business.

As for the rest of us, let’s remember that exposing someone’s private life is not a badge of honor; it’s a crime. If your partner is unfaithful, leave them and move on. If someone wrongs you, deal with it maturely. Not every battle needs to be fought on social media.

The fall of Zed Hule/Kawalala is a victory for decency and privacy. It’s a reminder that the law exists to protect us from these digital vultures. So here’s a standing ovation to ZICTA and the Zambia Police for sending a strong message: hungry cyber bullies, your days are numbered. Keep playing with fire, and you’ll end up exactly where you belong—offline and behind bars.
